Our Story
Born from a Love of Thai food and Thai hertiage, Chef Brota has been cooking Thai dishes for over 30 years! Learning from his mom and traveling to Thailand, and attending culinary classes, he brings the heart of a Thai kitchen to his dishes! With recipes passed down for generations!
